Brandy has worked very successfully in the real estate industry since 2002. She specializes in helping clients buy and sell residential properties in Ohio and Michigan and provides full service and state-of-the-art technology for your home selling or buying needs. 

Brandy is in also in charge of marketing and technology training to make sure your home has the very best and most exposure locally and globally. With relocation experience, she searches globally for buyers for your home. She has helped relocate people from San Francisco, New York City, Chicago, Denver, Ireland and Russia. 

She has a talent in creative writing and design. She partners with leading experts to assist you with all the complex financial arrangements, inspections, purchase and sales agreements, mortgage approvals, appraisals and closings. This process can be an exciting yet stressful experience, so her goal is to make the process as stress-free, enjoyable, quick and financially beneficial as possible! Her dedication to excellent customer service and aggressive marketing has been a vital element in our team's success!

Brandy was born and raised in Northwest Ohio. She is a graduate of Wauseon High School where she still often visits family and friends. Her greatest and dearest mentor was her grandmother, Virginia Snyder, who encouraged her to always be herself, be strong and confident and to hold herself with high integrity. It is these strong morals that she instilled in raising her kind and beautiful daughter, Breanna. 

Brandy is very proud of her daughter. Breanna earned a 4.4 GPA at Northview High School Sylvania and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She was accepted into the Jesup Scott Honors College at the University of Toledo. Breanna is very passionate about our environment and the welfare of our country and communities and is pursuing Environmental Studies.

Brandy enjoys kayaking, boating, euchre, relaxing ocean-side listening to the waves and watching football with her family and friends.  Her favorite thing to do to relax is cuddle with her beloved fur babies, Nola, Moira, Leia and Fiona and watch superhero movies. Wonder Woman, The Avengers and Captain Marvel are just a few of her favorites.  Brandy has recently relocated to her roots in Fulton County, OH with the love of her life, Jeremy.
